Everything You Need to Know About Our Gift Cards
Have questions? We've got answers to help make gifting easy.
How will I receive the gift card, and how can I give it as a present?
After purchasing, you'll receive your digital gift card by email. We'll also provide a printable gift copy that you can print at home and tuck into a Christmas card, envelope, or gift box. That way, you can still give them something special to open on Christmas morning!
Where can Magic Squeegee gift cards be used?
Our gift cards can be used for window cleaning services throughout Ottawa and the surrounding areas, including Kanata, Barrhaven, Nepean, Orléans, Stittsville, and more. If you're unsure whether the recipient's home is within our service area, feel free to contact us before purchasing.
How does someone book their window cleaning?
Booking is easy! Each gift card comes with simple redemption instructions and a QR code that takes the recipient directly to our website, where they can request a free quote. Once we receive their details, we'll provide a quote and help schedule a convenient cleaning date. All they need to do is mention their gift card, and we'll apply it toward their service.
What services does the gift card cover?
Magic Squeegee gift cards can be used toward our residential window cleaning services, including interior and exterior window cleaning, frames, sills, screens, and tracks. Whether it's a full window cleaning or just the exterior, the recipient can choose the services that best suit their home.
Do Magic Squeegee gift cards expire?
No! Our gift cards never expire, so there's no rush to use them. Recipients can save their gift card for whenever they're ready to have their windows cleaned.
What if the window cleaning costs more than the gift card?
No problem! The gift card can be applied toward the total cost of the cleaning, and the recipient simply pays the remaining balance. This gives them the flexibility to choose the services they want without being limited to a specific package.
